Control access to workflow canvas

You can now control which editor users have access to individual workflows, either by assigning users to a workflow or assign workflows to a user.

Inside of the workflow canvas, you can add usernames to enable access:

Alternatively, you can add workflows to each user via the Access button on the Workflow library page

When an editor user has access to a workflow, they can view, edit and perform all management functions related to that workflow such as viewing sessions, terminating sessions, re-running sessions.

Note that all Administrator users continue to have access to all workflows by default.
